A Giant Triangle Over Afghanistan
One of the most talked-about reports comes from Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, in 2002.
According to an FBI interview, a former military pilot described seeing what appeared to be a massive triangular object silently moving overhead before dawn. The witness said the craft was so large that it blocked out the stars as it passed across the sky.
The report estimates the object may have been roughly 500 feet (about 150 meters) across, although its exact size could not be confirmed because it blended into the night sky. The Pentagon included an artist’s rendering based on the witness account.
Multiple Objects Recorded Over the Gulf of Oman
Another case involves footage recorded during a 2021 military operation in the Gulf of Oman.
According to accompanying intelligence documents, sensors aboard a U.S. AC-130J gunship detected approximately 25 unidentified objects using infrared and thermal imaging equipment during a live-fire exercise.
The objects reportedly appeared as small “cold orbs” that did not behave like conventional aircraft. The released videos remain inconclusive, and investigators have not determined what the objects were.
